Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot provide you with a refund or exchange service.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and the same conditions as you received. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines are non-refundable. We also do not accept products that are private or hygienic, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

Other non-returnable items:
– gift card
-Downloadable software products
-Some health and personal care products

To complete the return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

In some cases, only partial refunds are allowed (if applicable)
-Books with the obvious use of logos
-CD, DVD, VHS videotape, software, video games, cassettes or opened vinyl records
-The original condition of any items that are not in it, parts damaged or missing due to our mistake
-Any item returned more than 30 days after return

Refund (if applicable)
After receiving and checking your return, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you to approve or reject the refund.
If you are approved, we will process your refund and automatically apply your credit card to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Overdue or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have n’t received your refund, please recheck your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for the refund to be officially issued.
Contact your bank next. It usually takes some processing time before the refund is issued.

Specials (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded, and unfortunately, promotional items cannot be refunded.

Exchange (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to replace the same product, please send an email to Rain@conmuda.com and send your product to HOU XIAOYU, No.203, Lane 3, Baili Road, Bantian Street, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China

Gift
If the item is marked as a gift directly at the time of purchase, you will receive a gift certificate with a return value. Upon receipt of the returned item, the gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift sender sends the order to himself and later sends it to you, we will send a refund to the gift giver who will inform you of the return.

Transport
To return your product, you should mail the product to No. 203, Lane 3, Baili Road, Bantian Street, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China

You will be responsible for shipping charges for returned items. Freight is non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

Depending on where you live, the time you may exchange for a product may vary.

If you ship more than $ 75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned product.
